There are numerous online platforms for hiring professionals but, to my knowledge, Reedsy is the most thorough in its vetting process, attracts the best clients, and offers great protection for clients and professionals alike.
These services, however, do not come for free. They charge me and my clients 7-10% each and, if a client finds me via Reedsy, I’m contractually obligated to work through them on all current and future projects. As a result, I must charge my Reedsy clients more than regular clients.
